LIVE EVENT
Reunite: Cultivating Quiet Within
Friday October 17 - Sunday October 19 2025 (two nights)
registration OPEN
There is a moment in the turning of the year—
after the gathering, before the letting go—
where something in us knows it’s time to come back to ourselves.
Reunite is a 2-night retreat designed for this liminal space: when the earth pauses between the fullness of harvest and the hush of winter. Together, we’ll honour this natural pivot inward through embodied practices to support your relationship with yourself - reuniting mind and body through breath, movement and the exploration of our inner worlds.
This retreat program includes:
Gentle yoga and meditative movement to support grounding and presence
Guided talks and discussions on the neurobiology, psychology and philosophy of mind/body connection
Guided and free time in nature
Creative expression including art and guided journaling to reconnect you with your inner voice and clarity
Opportunity to cultivate stillness, experience shared silence, and shared reflection
Whether you’ve been busy giving, growing, tending, or striving—this is your invitation to reunite with the quieter rhythms of your body and the more subtle expressions of your energy.
Who it’s for:
This retreat welcomes all who feel called to support the intentional cultivation of embodied awareness - learning how to pause, listen, and soften the transition from doing into being. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is necessary.

ONLINE COURSE
Yoga Nidra Foundations
Yoga Nidra is a research-backed form of guided meditation with a specific approach and journey. Nidra is premised on supportive presence, making it ideal for practitioners feeling fatigued, over-whelmed, needing additional support, or who have experienced trauma. As a potent practice, we must know how to facilitate and support in a way that promotes self-realization responsibly. As Yoga Nidra helps various needs, we will explore a variety of approaches, different Nidra content styles, and intended audiences.
This course is for yoga teachers, therapists, counsellors, health professionals, parents, and anyone interested in guiding others to relax while learning how to be present with their minds.
How does it work?
Each module includes at least one video lecture, a different audio lecture, handouts, and Yoga Nidra recordings
Delivery is tailored to the content and there are weeks with more audio or video lectures
Each module is laid out clearly with a module overview for you to easily progress through the course at your own pace.

A variety of Yoga Nidra recordings to support inquiry included. We also discuss the koshas, the subtle anatomy through which we journey in a Yoga Nidra session
