About the Workshop
The autumn retreat is a silent retreat that centres silence and programming focuses on meditation - a silent retreat with yoga. The spring retreat is a yoga retreat with silence - morning meditation are optional and workshops include participation, etc.
This weekend brings together a few modalities of self-care - yoga, supportive forms of meditation like Yoga Nidra, self-massage with therapy balls, Ayurvedic practices, etc - to ward off the heaviness of the spring season.
Meals are vegetarian and dietary restrictions can be accommodated with notice.

2 - 4 PM Free afternoon time to read, do puzzles or colouring meditations, go for a walk in Gillies’ Grove, etc

At Galilee Retreat Centre in Arnprior, Ontario.
When is this workshop being delivered?
Arrival is at 4 PM on Friday April 22 and concludes at 11 AM on Sunday April 24.
How much is the retreat?
The material costs of the retreat (a single occupancy room, meals, etc.) are covered by your registration fee of $275.
This silent retreat is offered in the spirit of the Buddhist practice of dana - teaching fees are offered at the end of the retreat at the discretion of the practitioner. This allows more people to participate in retreat and gives us the opportunity to practice truthfulness and generosity.
