This week you have two videos, one audio lecture, two Yoga Nidra practices, PDFs of the Yoga Nidra scripts, your Yoga Nidra Reflection Journal, and a planner for your personal use.

Print off the Reflection Journal and Planner
Plan how often you will practice Yoga Nidra and which recordings you will use. Initially, please use the recordings provided. More recordings are available in future weeks. After you at least try the recordings available, you are welcome to practice other Yoga Nidra recordings. (Remember to choose specifically Yoga Nidra recordings! We are learning this particular approach to meditation.)
Every time you do a Yoga Nidra practice, complete a Journal Reflection
