About the Course

Explore Ayurveda's ideas that will serve you through all the stages of life in a 4 week online course. A multimedia approach allows students to integrate at their own pace through the use of recorded lectures, readings, worksheets, and live Zoom meetings every Wednesday from 6:30 - 8 PM EST.

Ayurveda is rooted in ancient texts with modern relevance. With the main goal of preventing ill health through lifestyle and diet, it includes self-care regimens for promoting mental and physical health. Ayurveda’s information rich and personal applicability makes it possible for meaningful online course experience.

Course Objectives

How is this course being delivered?

This online program includes four weeks of self-paced materials accompanying four weekly evenings of discussion and Q&A on Zoom. Course evenings are Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8 PM EST.

What is included in this course?

Course materials include course manual, lectures, readings, and Zoom evenings. Materials are available for 6 months after course completion.
