About the Workshop
Set aside intentions that require another mind-wrestle into acceptability or a fictionalized version of you. Instead, ease into the new year with compassionate presence.
This workshop begins with a discussion and thought-provoking guidance on the nature of our minds. We will practice with guided visualizations how to adopt a compassionate presence - a tool that can be used throughout the year to bolster inner resources.
The second half of our workshop will be an accessible yoga-asana practice with a focus on loving-kindness.
