Deepening Ayurveda Training

About the Course

The ancient practices of Ayurveda - yoga’s complementary wellness system - are concerned with digestion. From your ability to digest information you receive and transform it into living wisdom (literally the translation of Ayurveda), to your ability to digest the food you eat. And if you’re not digesting well, why is that? What needs to change? Like yoga, this Vedic science takes a nuanced approach to conceptualizing the experience and function of human embodiment. That means there are many, many new concepts, and layers to old concepts, that will enrich and deepen your relationship with Ayurveda.

Your workshop this past weekend was informative, reflective, and inspiring. I very much appreciated the sense of community, along with everyone’s warmth and welcomeness. What a great feeling!
