About the Class
Live Zoom Class Series
A 60-ish minute class to close out your weekend at 6 PM.
This four class series is a very-slow-flow with languid movements, stretching, and lots of space to characterize it to suit your needs.
Expect a downward dogs into low lunges, rolling around, satisfying stretches with a lightly moody soundtrack.
How is this course being delivered?
This class series is entirely online. We will meet Sunday nights from 6 - 7 PM ish. The class stream will be mailed out on Mondays. Class dates include:

What is included in this class?
Participation for 1 person in live Zoom class with playlist. (Multiple people in the household, please sign up for 2 spaces.)
