Shoulders and Hips

About the Course

Self-Paced + Live Zoom

This continuing education program for yoga teachers focuses on understanding the mechanics of shoulders and hips, and how to integrate this knowledge into your practice and teaching.

Yoga teacher trainings have historically focused on the spine, but shoulders and hips are much more complicated. Even if your 200 hour program dove into these joints in detail, it’s possible that the “YTT overload” prevented you from retaining much information!

This course is available for 6 months from its start date, giving you lots of time to re-visit the content and do the practices.

Also, we have a roster of guest teachers! This course includes teaching from Katherine Miceli, Ro Nwosu, Peter Lavictoire, Todd Lavictoire and Kathryn Anne Flynn.

Our live Zoom sessions are with Todd Lavictoire.

I always learn so much from you; so much of which is unspoken (despite your brilliance with words!).
